Sky Pillar Visit 1 (Rayquaza fleds).
Sootopolis City - Rayquaza, Kyogre and Groudon cutscenes, get HM WATERFALL.
Sidequest:
Sky Pillar Visit 2 (to catch Rayquaza).
*This can be done either before or after the Elite Four, but I'll catch Rayquaza now, since it will be more useful for later on the game.
*I recommend you to buy a lot of repels, revives, hyper potions and ultra balls before facing Rayquaza, and be careful since it's at level 70.
