Breeding and Hatching.
Get AZURILL and another TORCHIC.

*Pokémon can be bred by leaving two compatible Pokémon at the Pokémon Daycare. Two Pokémon are compatible if they are of the same species, or share at least one Egg Group, and are of opposite genders.

*alternatively, breeding is usually still possible as long as one of them is Ditto.

*Legendary Pokémon, baby Pokémon, Unown, Nidorina and Nidoqueen cannot breed whatsoever.

*Pokémon with gender unknown can only breed with Ditto.

*The time it takes for eggs to hatch depends on the species.

*If any Pokémon with Flame Body or Magma Armor is in the party, it reduces the hatching time by half.

Diving at Route 126, Caught RELICANTH.
The Regis Quest Part 1:
First thing you do need to do is find the Diving Spot at Route 134 and enter the Sealed Chamber. Once in there, read the Braille on the far inscription and use Dig. The Door will open. In the next room go and read the Inscription. Now put Wailord First in your party and Relicanth last (it was reversed in RS) and read it again. An Earthquake will occur and the doors to the Regi Caves will open.

This is a list of what you'll need to unlock and catch the legendary Pokemon - Regirock, Regice and Registeel:
* Relicanth, it's rare and you can only find it underwater on routes 124 and 126.
* Wailord, evolve Wailmer (Lv.40), you can get one with the super rod on most of the sea areas, i got it by fishing outside Ever Grande City.
* TM28, Dig - obtained at the Fossil Maniac's House, Trapinch and Nincada can naturally learn dig at Lv. 41 and 45.
* HM02, Fly - Recommended.
* HM03, Surf.
* HM05, Flash - This is not optional, it's required.
* HM06, Rock Smash.
* A lot of Ultra Balls.

Caught LATIOS (Without Master Ball & Using Wobbuffet).

Getting Latias Or Latios:
After you defeat the Elite Four, go to your house and watch the television downstairs. After you watch it, your mom will ask you what color the Pokemon is. If you say Red, you will find Latias. If you say Blue, it will be Latios.
After that you have to choose a City as your base, Lilycove is what i used, and then look for the Lati on the Route on the left of the City, if it's not there then fly to the base city, return to the route and look for the Lati again, repeat this process until you Finally find it, be patient, it can take a long time.
Once the Lati appear it will escape at the end of every turn and you'll have to look for it again, unless you use a Master Ball, the move Mean Look, or the ability Shadow Tag.

Terra Cave, Caught GROUDON.

How to find Groudon on Emerald: Visit the second floor of the Weather Institute and talk to the scientist at the far left end. He will tell you about heavy sunlight around such and such a route. If you visit that route, you will see the heavy sunlight. Now you just need to find a cave on that route. Follow the path to the end and you'll find a Lv.70 Groudon waiting for you.

*I recommend you to buy a lot of ultra balls and timer balls, and save your game before facing Groudon.

How to find Kyogre on Emerald:
Visit the second floor of the Weather Institute and talk to the scientist at the far left end. He will tell you about heavy rainfall around such and such a route. If you visit that route, you will see the heavy rainfall. Now you just need to find a small dive square, and dive into it. Follow the path to the end and you'll find a Lv.70 Kyogre waiting for you.

*I recommend you to buy a lot of net balls and ultra balls, and save your game before facing Kyogre.

*After entering the Hall Of Fame...
I choosed Blue to catch Latios later on the Game.
Get to the Battle Frontier.
The Emerald Clonning Glitch.
Get the Wailmer Pail.
Find wild Sudowoodo and Smeargle.

*How to Clone any Pokemon or Item:
1. First you must have already beat the Elite 4 and unlocked the Battle Frontier. Then fly to the Battle Frontier and go to the Battle Tower.
2. Go to the PC in the Battle Tower and deposit the pokemon you want to clone. Exit the PC and save the game.
3. Now open the PC again and withdraw the pokemon you wish to clone.
4. Go talk to the LINK MULTI BATTLE ROOM lady (the one closest to the PC) and tell her CHALLENGE. Choose the category of the pokemon to be cloned (Level 50 or Open Level; I don't think it matters which one you choose) and select two pokemon. The woman will now say "Before entering BATTLE ROOM, your progress must be saved. Is that okay? Say YES. Now you will notice a small time gap.
5. Your pokemon has been cloned successfully!
6. When the sentence "Would you like to save the game?" apppears, select NO. Now turn the game OFF and turn it ON again. You will find the pokemon in your party and the PC!

*I've done this a lot of times and this is totally safe as long as you follow these steps.

*Clonning with Emerald isn't Hacking, it's just a very useful Glitch of the Game.

*For Trading or If you are going to Migrate to D/P/Pl I recommend you to clone your Pokemon first, that way you'll have your Pokemon both in your Emerald and in your D/P/Pl.

*This glitch doesn't work in Ruby, Sapphire, Leaf Green or Fire Red.
